Planning Your Visit
These 3 steps MUST be completed on a Desktop Computer. Failure to do so may result in issues that neither the school nor Educational Travel Tours, Inc can assist you with to resolve your problem. You will need to contact the Walt Disney World Resort Help Desk at 407-939-5277 (7:00 AM to 11:00 PM EST) which generally experiences prolonged hold times during the increased volume of calls they experience daily.
Please visit our instructional video on YouTube and watch the entire video prior to planning your visit:
These are the 3 steps in planning your visit:
1. Create a My Disney Experience Account or log-in to an existing account.
Visit https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/login
2. Link your Disney Park Ticket media to your My Disney Experience account .
3. Make a Theme Park Reservation for each day of your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort.
Having a Disney Park Ticket alone does not allow you admission into the Theme Park. You MUST make a Theme Park Reservation for each day of your visit. These Park Reservations are on a first-come-first serve basis with limited availability. Make you Park Reservations immediately upon receipt of your ticket information. The Only Exception is: a few groups have opted to have Park Reservations made for their entire group at the same park on the same day. Your Group Leader will inform you if this is the case. If so you will only have to complete the Steps 1 & 2 above and will be able to look at your Plans on your My Disney Experience Account and see your Park Reservations that have been made for you.
If your group has purchased the Park Hopper Option the following information applies:
Guests who purchased a ticket or annual pass with the Park Hopper benefits will be able to visit more than one park per day, with some new modifications as part of our ongoing focus on health and safety. These modifications are designed to help us continue managing attendance in a way that fosters physical distancing.
-
We will set specific Park Hopper hours during which this option are available. Park Hopper hours will start at 2 PM each day and end at the park’s scheduled close time. Guests are now able to check the Park Hours calendar and the My Disney Experience app for the most up-to-date Park Hopper hours, as they could start earlier at a later date, depending on the day and park.
-
With the updated Park Hopper experience, Guests must make a Disney Park Pass reservation for the first park they plan to visit AND enter that first park prior to visiting another. At this time, a park reservation is not required after the first park, however, reservation requirements are subject to change.
Please note that the ability to visit another park will be subject to the park’s capacity limitations. In the event that the Park Hopper option is unavailable at a theme park, Guests will be notified in real time via a push notification from the My Disney Experience app.
After you have completed the above 3 steps you may download the My Disney Experience App to your IPhone or Android mobile phone and log-in to your My Disney Experience account and manage and view your reservations and experiences.
